StudentCentral includes the complete, up-to-date Schedule of Classes in a user-friendly, fully-searchable format. Any StudentCentral user can find precise class schedule information within moments.

Searching for Classes and Saving Results

1.    Select course delivery option, Campus or Distance Learning (Online Class or Independent Learning Course), to view available courses.  (This defaults to campus.)

            Independent Learning Courses – Please note the availability which may impact course sequence and degree         completion.

 

            Online Classes – Please note availability of courses for degree seeking students:

·         High School – semester and summer

·         Undergraduate – summer only

·         Graduate – semester and summer

·         Stop Out – semester and summer

 

2.    Select a Term from the drop-down box for Campus or Online Classes. (This box defaults to the term currently in progress. Future terms become available when the Registrar's Office has finalized the schedule.)

3.    Specify a search by designating any number of search criteria.

·         Catalog Number—Type any part of a prefix or level, OR provide the complete prefix and level.

·         Title—Type any part of the title.

·         Subject Area—Click the drop-down box to select the appropriate subject area. (The minimum and maximum levels apply only when searching by subject area.)

·         DaysSelect the days of the week on which a class meets.

·         Time—Select the time of day a class meets.

·         NOTE: A date or time designation cannot be used alone.

·         Only courses on my checksheetCheck the box to restrict search results to specific outstanding course requirements.

·         Checksheet GroupsSelect a subject-area group requirement.

·         Include courses I have already completed—A checked box is the default.

·         Include courses outside my degree levelA checked box is the default.

 

4.    Click Search to display results. (These may include any corequisite courses related to the expected search results.)

5.    Click Save These Results if you desire to return to them while you are login into StudentCentral.

6.    Click the Previous Results dropdown arrow to view any saved results.

   

Note:  A similar search feature exists on the Schedule Planner page open only during registration and preregistration. Click the Add Course and Add Section buttons to search only within the current semester.
